What if I don’t have my company’s password?

Telecharge is telling me that I have another order already in process, but I do not. How do I proceed in purchasing tickets?
Telecharge can sometimes save the cookies from another visit you have made to their site. We suggest you try a different internet browser or manually enter the discount code. If you are still having trouble with your purchase, please call Telecharge at 212-947-8844 and provide them with the discount code.
What if the show I’m interested in purchasing tickets to is not currently discounting?
Save My Seat is updated weekly so we encourage you to check back often or give us a call at 212.750.6895 to confirm.
Why is my Discount code not working?
Each show has a unique discount code which is different than your log-in password. If the discount code is not working, it may have expired. Double check the expiration date of the discount code and if you are still having issues, please call 212-750-6895 for assistance.
Where do I put the discount code in on the website?
If the discount code is not automatically entered for you, please follow the directions below:
• Visit https://www.telechargeoffers.com/.
• In the top left hand corner, enter your code in the promotional code box and hit submit.
• You will then be taken to the show’s discount page. Select “Find tickets” in the top section.
• Proceed to select your performance date and time to complete your order and process payment. Please note if your discount code is not accepted, the discount may have expired or is no longer valid. Please call 212-705-6895 if you have any questions.
• Once on the show’s discount page (directed from Save My Seat), select the date and time of your performance by choosing “See Tickets.”
• In the top, center box enter the discount code into the empty box that says “Offer code” and click the checkmark.
• Your offer code should then be accepted and you can proceed to complete your order and process payment.

Can I go directly to the box office?
Yes. You can take a print out of the discount code (or a version on your phone) to the box office and they will apply that discount to your purchase.
Does Theatre Forward charge any additional fees?
No. Theatre Forward does not charge any fees for tickets purchased through Save My Seat. Telecharge and Ticketmaster fees will apply when you purchase online or over the phone.
