What if I don’t have my company’s password?

Please call 212-750-6895 Monday-Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM and someone will assist you with your password or email tickets@theatreforward.org.

Telecharge is telling me that I have another order already in process, but I do not. How do I proceed in purchasing tickets?

Telecharge can sometimes save the cookies from another visit you have made to their site. We suggest you try a different internet browser or manually enter the discount code. If you are still having trouble with your purchase, please call Telecharge at 212-947-8844 and provide them with the discount code.

What if the show I’m interested in purchasing tickets to is not currently discounting?

Save My Seat is updated weekly, so we encourage you to check back often or give us a call at 212.750.6895 to confirm.

Why is my Discount code not working?

Each show has a unique discount code that is different than your log-in password. If the discount code is not working, it may have expired. Double-check the expiration date of the discount code. If you cannot find a discount code on the page, that show is not currently being discounted. Please call 212-750-6895 for further assistance.

Where do I put the discount code on the website?

If the discount code is not automatically entered for you, please follow the directions below:

  • Copy the discount code on the show page on Theatre Forward’s website.
  • Follow the link to purchase tickets.
  • Look for a promotional code box, or an offer code box and paste the previously copied code there. If the code is accepted, you should see new prices in the seat selections.
  • Select your tickets, complete your order and process your payment. If your code was not accepted, the discount may have expired or is no longer valid.

Can I go directly to the box office?

Yes. You can take a printout of the discount code (or a version on your phone) to the box office and they will apply that discount to your purchase.

Does Theatre Forward charge any additional fees?

No. Theatre Forward does not charge any fees for tickets purchased through Save My Seat. The ticketing site (Telecharge, Seat Geek, etc.) fees will apply when you purchase online or over the phone.
